School Support
We work according to each student’s needs to build a solid foundation in school subjects and make learning last. We identify topic gaps and create a support plan that fits the school’s program and exam calendar.
How we support school subjects
We start by reviewing the student’s grade level, course materials and the topics they find difficult. After completing the necessary foundations, we move in parallel with the topics covered at school. Through in-lesson practice, review work and homework we track how well the student has understood each topic. By building exam preparation on knowledge gained throughout the term, we aim to develop the student’s ability to study and solve problems independently.
Mathematics
In mathematics we develop the student’s computational skills, conceptual understanding and problem-solving approach together. We return to missing fundamentals and reinforce new knowledge with examples, different solution methods and step-by-step questions. We care about the student being able to explain why a method is used, and combine preparation for school exams with regular topic tracking.
Turkish Language and Literature
In Turkish language and literature we work on reading comprehension, interpreting texts and expressing ideas clearly. Depending on the grade level, we cover grammar, paragraph questions, written expression and the study of literary texts. Our work helps the student support answers with evidence from the text, plan their writing and revise their expression. We include the works and topics covered at school in the preparation plan.
Physics
In physics we help the student connect concepts to everyday events and model a physical situation correctly. We explain under which conditions formulas apply, and work on reading graphs, checking units and justifying solution steps. We support explanations with a variety of sample questions and move in line with the school’s pace and exam coverage.
Chemistry
In chemistry we approach the structure, properties and transformations of matter through interconnected concepts. We help the student link symbols, models and observable events. We work through chemical calculations step by step and develop the ability to interpret reactions and experimental results. We plan review and question practice in line with the units covered at school.
Biology
In biology we build the links between concepts that explain the structure and functioning of living things. By covering processes through diagrams, comparisons and cause-and-effect relationships, we help the student make sense of the material. We work on interpreting graphs and experiments, using scientific terms correctly and answering open-ended questions in a structured way. We reinforce school topics with regular review.
English
In English we move in line with the program the student follows at school and their language level. We support grammar and vocabulary work with reading, writing, listening and speaking practice. We aim for the student to understand texts, express their ideas clearly and use the structures they have learned. We also focus separately on the skills needed for school exams and written assignments.
How the lesson plan is built
We review the student’s grade, the subjects they need support in and the materials used at school together. We set lesson frequency and study priorities according to the student’s needs and update the plan as we track progress. Whether one-to-one or group lessons are the better fit is discussed in the initial meeting.
